More guests for your mini campsite. Fewer missed Maps and WhatsApp questions at the weekend.
SiteBirds is for mini campsite owners. You need a website where guests can ask about a pitch, check-in or a weekend stay — including when you are busy on the grounds — without becoming the webmaster after every enquiry.
Who it is for
Independent mini campsites and small family campsites in Europe. Owners who run the grounds themselves and often have no reception desk in the evening or at the weekend. Not for national park chains that want a design studio or a developer on call.
What you are losing today
Many people only message when they plan a weekend: a Maps question about availability, WhatsApp about check-in times, a form on Sunday about pets or pitch size. If that question has nowhere to land, they book the campsite that replies. Updating photos, prices and house rules yourself between arrivals costs hours you needed on the grounds.
Weekend WhatsApp, Maps questions and check-in FAQ
A mini campsite is busiest when a lot of guests finally have time to ask. A missed WhatsApp about a pitch or a Maps message left unanswered is often a booking somewhere else. SiteBirds starts with a website that can take the request and answer the usual check-in questions, then keeps those enquiries in one inbox you handle when you are back at the laptop.
From a website to fewer missed weekend guests
Three steps. No rebuild first. You stay in control of what goes live.
Tell us about the campsite
Name your pitches, facilities, photos and how guests should reach you. The wizard brings that together so a visitor can ask about a stay, check-in or availability.
Keep prices, rules and photos current
Point to the page that is wrong. A pitch price, a house rule or a photo gets clear context, so you are not digging through settings between arrivals.
Give guest questions a home
Maps-style questions, WhatsApp asks and web enquiries land in one place. Follow-up uses your campsite information and your approval — not a silent booking.
What it costs
Monthly prices including VAT, as shown on the current plans: Starter €12.95, Business €37.50, Pro €74.95. Yearly billing lowers the monthly rate and includes a domain. No contract. Cancel monthly. A 7-day trial is available. Availability of website edits and customer follow-up depends on the plan. Check the live plans before you pay.
How you get help
Email hello@sitebirds.com. You review website changes before they go live. Payments, bookings and other commitments are not sent on their own. The iOS and Android apps and new owner connections are still in development; today you work in the browser.
Questions from mini campsite owners
Is SiteBirds for mini campsites?
Yes. It is for independent mini campsites and small family campsites that need a website guests can use to ask a question or request a stay, without a developer on call.
Will this get me more guests?
It helps guests reach you when you are on the grounds or at the weekend, and it keeps prices, rules and photos current so fewer people leave. Results depend on your pitches, your area and whether you follow up. Rankings and AI citations are not guaranteed.
What happens to a WhatsApp, Maps or web message at the weekend?
The request stays in your website inbox instead of a missed chat. You handle it when you are back. SiteBirds does not independently confirm a booking or promise a pitch.
What does it cost?

How do I get support?
Write to hello@sitebirds.com. You stay in charge of published content and of any message that commits the campsite.
Does AI book guests by itself?
No. AI works inside permissions you set. It does not independently send every message, promise a price, take a payment or confirm a booking.
