About SiteBirds

We are SiteBirds, a Dutch company based in Krommenie. We take care of websites, domain names and hosting for local businesses: no technical hassle, and prices you know in advance.

Who we are

SiteBirds is based in Krommenie, the Netherlands, and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99427303. We build and maintain the websites ourselves. If you have a question, you email us directly: no call centre, no being transferred and no ticket number you never hear back about. We know the questions local business owners have: how do people find me, how do enquiries come in and what does it cost per month? Our approach is built around those questions.

What we do

We build professional websites for businesses that rely on customers in their own area: hairdressers and salons, physiotherapists, installers, restaurants and cafés, bakeries and campsites. Every website comes with its own domain name, hosting, an SSL certificate and updates. So you don't have to pick a hosting plan, update plug-ins or renew a certificate yourself. Only need a domain name? You can also register one separately on our domains page.

How we work

You choose how to start. There are two routes:

• Build it yourself in about five minutes. In the wizard you can have your existing website copied over, choose a template or let the AI write a first version. You try it free for seven days, no credit card required.
• Have it made. We design and build your website for a one-off design fee of €99, €199 or €330, depending on the plan. After that you only pay the regular monthly price.

You make changes by typing what you want to be different, for example: “set Saturday opening hours to 9 am – 4 pm”. The change is ready to review straight away. Your website goes live on your own domain within a week.

Where your website runs

• Servers in the EU. Your website runs on Hetzner servers in Helsinki (Finland), inside the European Union.
• Always a secure connection. Every site gets an SSL certificate from Let's Encrypt that renews automatically, so visitors see the padlock in the address bar.
• Backups. We automatically back up the website files several times a day.
• Updates and maintenance. We handle them. You don't have to install or keep track of anything.

Your data stays yours

Enquiries, customers, bookings and orders that come in through your website can be downloaded from your dashboard as a CSV file. That way you always keep your own records, and you can take your data with you if you ever want something else.

Clear prices, cancel monthly

Starter costs €12.95, Business (Zakelijk) €44.95 and Pro €74.95 per month, including VAT. Paying yearly is cheaper and includes your domain name. There are no hidden costs, and a monthly plan can be cancelled every month. All details are on our pricing page.
